Monitor, notify and act

The Illness Manager helps you to take responsibility and manage illness and reintegration according to legislation (e.g. Dutch ‘’Wet Verbetering Poortwachter’’) and company policies. All users are being facilitated in their reintegration activities, well informed and right on time.

With the Illness Manager your case manager, line manager, HR professional, occupational health and safety services or the employee self is notified when an action is required. The involved user gets the right insights about the sick employee, the reintegration history and the activity that needs to be performed. The activities can be performed and updated, and related documents are stored using the Illness Manager. This way, a complete timeline and digital reintegration file of the employee is created automatically, and HR and management can monitor if the right activities are performed.
