In our Support Organization, the HuRis support coordinator acts as single point of contact (SPOC) between your organization and HuRis for all operational matters relating to support of all our add-ons. Our support coordinator is available daily by telephone and e-mail. In addition, all customers of HuRis support have access, through our online ticket system, to their own tickets and can thus view the status and progress. Short lines characterize our services.
New releases of our add-ons will be accompanied with clear Release Notes, so your support organization is acquainted with all new features in the add-on.
